摘要
【目的/意义】农村剩余劳动力是新时代乡村振兴背景下的重要研究问题,通过厘清农村剩余劳动力研究现状,辨析农村剩余劳动力研究热点,找出研究中存在的不足与问题,可为农村剩余劳动力的进一步研究提供方向。【方法/过程】以中国知识资源总库(CNKI)中的1052篇北大核心、CSSCI、CSCD论文作为研究数据,利用可视化分析软件CiteSpace.5.8.R2/3对农村剩余劳动力的研究现状和热点趋势进行分析,并从期刊发表数量、作者与研究结构、关键词聚类等角度总结农村剩余劳动力的研究现状。【结果/结论】结果表明,我国农村剩余劳动力研究领域成果颇为丰富,但作者、机构之间合作较少且为分散,研究主要侧重于剩余劳动力转移、就业、城镇化等主题。因此,未来研究要加强团队间的合作与交流,不断深化研究主题;从乡村振兴与新型城镇化协调发展的视角出发,共寻破解之道。
【Objective/Meaning】The rural surplus labor force was an important research issue under the background of rural revitalization in the new era.By clarifying the research status of rural surplus labor force,analyzing the research hotspots of rural surplus labor force,and finding out the deficiencies and problems existed in the research,it could provide directions for the further research on the rural surplus labor force.【Methods/Procedures】By taking 1052 core papers of Peking University,CSSCI,and CSCD papers in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)as the research data,the research status and hot trends of rural surplus labor force were analyzed by using the visual analysis software CiteSpace.5.8.R2/3,and the research status of rural surplus labor force was summarized from the perspectives of the number of journal publications,author and research structure,and keyword clustering,etc.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that the research achievements in the field of rural surplus labor in China were quite rich,but the cooperation between authors and institutions was less and scattered,and the research mainly focused on the topics such as the transfer of surplus labor,employment,and urbanization,etc.Therefore,the future research should strengthen the cooperation and communication between teams,constantly deepen the research themes,and jointly seek the solutions from the perspective of the coordinated development of rural revitalization and new urbanization.
