摘要
熨斗隔热壳是熨斗上的重要部件,但其结构复杂导致行业内成型合格率极低。本文以某型号的熨斗隔热壳为研究对象,通过分析其结构确定了模具的分型面及型腔布置结构,接着完成了浇注系统、成型零件的设计,最后完成了模具其他机构的设计计算与装配,设计的模具通过加入多处镶件,能够有效地解决产品合格率问题,具有较高的参考价值。
The heat insulation shell is an important part of the iron, but its complex structure leads to a very low qualified rate in the industry.In this paper, the heat insulation shell of a certain type of iron is taken as the research object.Through the analysis of its structure, the mold parting face and the cavity arrangement are determined.Then the design of the casting system and the molding parts are completed.Finally, the design, calculation and assembly of other parts of the mold are completed.By adding various inserts, the mold designed in this paper has effectively solved the problem of product qualified rate, and is of high reference value.
