摘要
分析某航天载荷在试验过程中出现的通信故障,提出可靠性提升措施,用案例剖析说明重视软硬件设计细节是提升产品可靠性的关键。本案例管座选型不当造成存储器管脚与管座接触不良是通信终止故障的诱因,但软件中断程序错误引起程序跑飞,是导致失去通信的根本原因,并举一反三从硬件和软件两个层面采取设计优化提升可靠性。本故障案例分析和设计改进研究对其它航天电子学产品的可靠性设计有一定的借鉴和参考意义。
This paper aims to emphasize the importance of design for reliability by analyzing the communication fault case of an aerospace payload during the temperature tests and propose reliability improvement measures from both hardware and software.Furthermore,the poor contact between the memory component’s pin and the integrated circuit sockets is led by the improper selection of the sockets,triggering the soft reset of the watchdog operation.The error of the software interruption causes the failure of the microcontroller program,which is the root cause.The failure analysis and improvement measures can be referred for the reliability design of other aerospace electronics products.
