摘要
本文针对传统功率放大器采用模拟控制系统带来的控制策略简单、输出功率小等一系列问题,提出了一种大功率全数字功率放大器设计方法,基于ARM+FPGA数字控制技术以及多重化载波移相逆变技术,提高了功率放大器的性能指标和功率密度。研制的样机测试结果显示功率放大器运行稳定可靠,输出波形良好。本文详细介绍了大功率全数字功率放大器各个组成部分工作原理和设计方法。
According to the simple control strategy,low output power and series problems of the traditional power amplifier using analog control system,the design of a high power full digital power amplifier is proposed in this paper.Based on ARM+FPGA digital control technology and multiple carrier phase-shifting(CPS)inverter technology,the performance index and power density of power amplifier are improved.The prototype test results show that the power amplifier runs stably and reliably,and the output waveform is good.The working principle and design method of each part of high power full digital power amplifier is detailed introduced in this paper.
