新工科背景下军队院校融合式培养模式设计的思考——以光电信息科学与工程专业为例 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,为适应新的使命任务要求,军队院校逐步开始设计实施本科学历教育与首次任职教育融合式培养模式。在新工科建设背景下,以光电信息科学与工程(某新概念)专业为例,对融合式培养模式面临的培养目标确立、课程体系构建、教学计划制订等问题进行了分析,提出了基于成果导向教育理念(OBE)、工程教育理念(CDIO)、布鲁姆教育目标分类学理论的人才培养模式设计方法,以期进一步提高军队院校人才培养质量,同时为多学科交叉复合的新兴工科专业建设提供借鉴。 In recent years,in order to meet the new mission requirements,military academies have gradually begun to design and implement the integrated training mode of bachelor’s degree education and first-job education.Under the background of“Emerging Engineering Education”construction,taking the major of opto-electronic information science and engineering(a new concept)as an example,the establishment of training objectives,the curriculum system construction,and the teaching plan formulation of the integrated training mode are analyzed,and a talent training plan design approach,which is based on the combination of outcomes-based education method,the conceive-design-implement-operate engineering education concept and Bloom taxonomy method,is proposed,so as to further improve the quality of talent training in military academies and provide a reference for the construction of multi-disciplinary and composite emerging engineering majors.
