摘要
目的探讨整体护理干预在霉菌性阴道炎患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月收治的霉菌性阴道炎患者106例,按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组给予常规妇科护理,观察组给予整体护理干预,比较两组护理满意度、疾病知晓率评分与疾病复发率。结果观察组护理满意度、疾病知晓率评分高于对照组,疾病复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在霉菌性阴道炎患者中的应用价值较高,可提高患者护理满意度与疾病知晓率,降低疾病复发率,可促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the value of holistic nursing intervention in patients with mycotic vaginitis.Methods A total of 106 patients with mycotic vaginitis from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission order,with 53 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine gynecological nursing,and those in the observation group received overall nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction score,disease awareness rate score and disease recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of nursing satisfaction and disease awareness rate in the observation group were higher,and the disease recurrence rate was lower,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing has high value in treating patients with mycotic vaginitis.It can not only improve nursing satisfaction and disease awareness,reduce recurrence of disease and promote the early rehabilitation of patients.
