摘要
文章全面介绍了太空活动所需时空基准的基本内涵和相互关联,概述了国内外在时间系统、天球参考架、行星历表、脉冲星计时等时空基准方面的发展现状,分析了我国与国外在发展太空活动相关时空基准方面的差距和原因,在此基础上提出了发展思路和建议。
In this paper,the connotation of space-time reference and its relationship with space activities are described comprehensively.Time system,celestial reference frame,planetary ephemeris and pulsar timing are outlined.The gap between China and abroad development on space-time reference and its causes are analyzed.At the end,some suggestions for future development in China are proposed.
