摘要
目的以“健康中国2030年”战略为背景,更好地向基层输送优秀的人才。了解农村订单定向医学本科生课程设置的现状,探索改革途径,不断优化课程体系建设,提高农村订单定向生培养质量。方法编制农村订单定向医学生课程设置调查问卷,采取随机抽查的方式对广东省某高校高年级的学生216人进行调查。结果农村订单定向医学生认为课程设置能满足自己的需求70人,占32.41%,认为课程设置基本能满足自己的需求134人,占62.04%,认为课程设置不能满足自己的需求12人,占5.56%。认为有必要到社区进行见习的有203人(93.98%),认为没有必要到社区进行见习有13人(6.02%);认为毕业实习应安排社区实习的189人(87.5%),认为毕业实习阶段不需要安排社区实习的27人(12.5%)。结论中医定向学生课程设置现状较合理,定向生对课程设置基本满意。中医院校的课程体系改革要以基层医疗卫生服务为导向,结合中医的教学特色,加强实践教学,培养定向医学生中医思维和综合能力。
Objective To better deliver outstanding talents to the grassroots with the“Healthy China 2030”strategy as the background.To understand the current situation of the curriculum of rural order oriented medical undergraduate students,explore ways of reform,constantly optimize the construction of the curriculum system,and improve the training quality of rural order oriented medical students.Methods We performed a random survey for 216 senior students in Guangdong Province by means of a detailed questionnaire on the curriculum of rural oriented medical students.Results Our results showed that 70(32.41%of total sample)were satisfied with the construction of curriculum system,134(62.04%of total sample)were basically satisfied with the construction of curriculum system,and 12(5.56%of total sample)were not satisfied with the construction of curriculum system.Conclusion The current situation of curriculum setting for oriented students of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is reasonable,and oriented students are basically satisfied with the curriculum setting.The reform of the curriculum system of TCM universities should be guided by primary medical and health services,strengthen practical teaching,and cultivate the thinking and comprehensive ability of TCM oriented medical students under the prerequisite of the teaching characteristics of TCM.
