胰激肽原酶联合舒洛地特治疗糖尿病肾病的效果及对肾功能和血脂的影响 被引量:3

Curative Effect of Kallidinogenase Combined with Sulodexide on Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Impact on Renal Function and Blood Lipid

摘要 目的探讨胰激肽原酶(PKK)联合舒洛地特治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的效果及对肾功能、血脂的影响。方法选取2018年4月—2022年3月收治的DN 80例,根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组2组各40例。观察组采用PKK联合舒洛地特治疗,对照组采用PKK治疗。比较2组临床效果、肾功能相关指标、血脂、肾纤维化指标及不良反应。结果治疗后,总有效率观察组为95.0%高于对照组77.5%(P<0.05)。治疗后,肾功能相关指标、血脂和肾纤维化指标2组均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PKK联合舒洛地特较单一PKK治疗DN患者效果好,能改善肾功能和血脂水平,延缓肾纤维化进展,且安全性好。 Objective To explore the curative effect of Kallidinogenase(PKK)combined with Sulodexide on diabetic nephropathy(DN)and its impact on renal function and blood lipid.Methods A total of 80 patients with DN treated between April 2018 and March 2022 were enrolled.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The observation group was treated with PKK combined with Sulodexide,while the control group was treated with PKK.The clinical effect,renal function indexes,blood lipid,renal fibrosis indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,total response rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(95.0%vs.77.5%)(P<0.05).After treatment,renal function-related indexes,blood lipid and renal fibrosis indexes in both groups were all decreased,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with PKK alone,PKK combined with Sulodexide has more favorable curative effect on DN,which can improve renal function and blood lipid,and delay the progression of renal fibrosis,with good safety.
