摘要
为了研究生物质燃料油在ANFO炸药中应用的可行性,通过生物质燃料油(CO)物性参数的检测与分析确定CO制备ANFO炸药的配方工艺,并对基于CO制备的ANFO炸药(CO/ANFO)的爆炸性能、稳定性、热安定性、应用爆破效果进行研究考察。结果表明:生物质燃料油在ANFO炸药中理论添加量为6.9%,CO/ANFO炸药爆炸性能接近于柴油制备的ANFO炸药(DO/ANFO),经过96 h热失重后,CO/ANFO和DO/ANFO炸药热失重分别为0.05%、0.55%,热安定性高于DO/ANFO炸药;CO/ANFO炸药具有良好的储存稳定性,有效期高于40 d;在现场应用过程中,CO/ANFO炸药在炮孔内可发生连续、稳定爆轰,整体爆破效果良好,松散程度满足后续挖运工序作业要求。
To investigate the feasibility of the application of biomass fuel oil(CO)in ANFO explosive,the formulation of ANFO explosive prepared by CO(CO/ANFO)was determined through the detection and analysis of the physical parameters of biomass fuel oil.The explosion performance,validity period,thermal safety and application blasting effect of CO/ANFO were studied.The results show thatits theoretical addition in ANFO explosive is 6.9%,the explosion performance of CO/ANFO explosive is close to that of DO/ANFO explosive prepared from diesel oil,respectively the thermal weight loss of CO/ANFO and DO/ANFO explosive is 0.05%and 0.55%after 96 h,the thermal safety stability of CO/ANFO explosive is higher than that of DO/ANFO explosive.At the same time,CO/ANFO explosive has good storage stability,and its validity period is more than 40 days.In the field process application,CO/ANFO explosive can produce continuous and stable detonation in the blast hole,and its average detonation velocity is close to CO/ANFO explosive.The overall blasting effect is good,and the loose degree meets the requirements of subsequent excavation and transportation process.
