摘要
高温热害是最为常见的自然灾害之一,探索缓解植物高温热害的理论与技术意义重大。铁冬青为耐荫树种,开发利用价值高,但幼苗高温期死亡严重。为此,以铁冬青幼苗为试验材料,分析了自然条件下外源钙对高温期铁冬青幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:在0~12 g/株CaCl_(2)的施钙处理下,叶片中相关生理指标变化明显。其中,以9 g/株CaCl_(2)处理下叶片中叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量最大,丙二醛(MDA)含量最小,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性最高。研究还表明:施用外源钙显著增强了铁冬青幼苗的耐热性,但施用量需控制在适量范围内。
High temperature stress is a common natural disaster.It is of great significance to explore the theory and technology to alleviate the high temperature heat damage of plants.Ilex rotunda Thumb.is a shade tolerant tree with high development and utilization value.In this study,the Effect of Exogenous Calcium on physiological characteristics of Ilex rotunda Thumb.seedlings at high temperature was analyzed.The results showed that the relative physiological indexes in leaves changed obviously under the treatment of 0~12 g/plant CaCl_(2).Among them,the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein were the highest;the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)were the lowest;and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)were the highest under the treatment of 9 g/plant CaCl_(2).The results showed that the application of exogenous calcium significantly enhanced the heat tolerance of Ilex rotunda Thumb.seedlings,but the application rate should be controlled within the appropriate range.
