摘要
为研究不同深度对柠条繁殖的影响,分别设置3 cm、5 cm、7 cm和9 cm 4个扦插深度,研究了柠条生根特性、酶活性和贮存物质含量的变化特征。结果表明:随着扦插深度的增加,生根数量、生根条数和生根率呈先增加后降低的趋势,在扦插深度为5 cm时达到最大值。POD和PPO活性在扦插深度为5 cm时达到最大值。可溶性糖含量在扦插深度为5 cm时最高,淀粉和可溶性蛋白含量在扦插深度为5 cm时最低。综合比较得出扦插深度为5 cm左右柠条生根数量多、酶活性较高,物质代谢旺盛,是较为合理的扦插深度。
In order to study the effects of different depths on the propagation of Caragana korshinskii,four cutting depths of 3 cm,5 cm,7 cm and 9 cm were set to study the rooting characteristics,enzyme activity and storage material content of Caragana korshinskii.The results showed that with the increase of cutting depth,the rooting number,rooting number and rooting rate increased first and then decreased,and reached the maximum value when the cutting depth was 5 cm.The activities of pod and PPO reached the maximum when the cutting depth was 5 cm.The content of soluble sugar was the highest when the cutting depth was 5 cm,and the content of starch and soluble protein was the lowest when the cutting depth was 5 cm.By comprehensive comparison,the cutting depth of about 5 cm is a reasonable cutting depth because of its large rooting quantity,high enzyme activity and vigorous material metabolism.
