摘要
本文以C_(5)馏分、双环戊二烯(DCPD)和C_(9)馏分为原料,采用两步热聚合成工艺,在压力0.4~0.5MPa、温度240℃的条件下反应,制备了浅色的C_(5)/DCPD/C_(9)共聚石油树脂。在共聚反应温度达到140℃左右时,增加预聚反应过程控制,预聚反应2h,再将反应温度升至240℃反应10h。实验结果表明,增加预聚反应过程控制,可确保反应过程平稳进行,副反应减少,无碳化现象发生,明显提高了石油树脂产品的品质。
In this paper,C_(5)fraction,dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)and C_(9)fraction were used as raw materials.A light colored C_(5)/DCPD/C_(9)copolymer petroleum resin was prepared by two-step thermal polymerization synthesis process under the conditions of pressure 0.4~0.5MPa and temperature 240℃.When the copolymerization temperature reached 140℃,increased the control of prepolymerization reaction process,prepolymerization reaction for 2h,and then raised the reaction temperature to 240℃for 10h.The experimental results showed that increasing the control of prepolymerization reaction process could make the reaction process smooth,reduce side reactions,no carbonization,and significantly improve the quality of petroleum resin products.
