摘要
本文根据某油田原油中轻组分C1~C4的含量及指标要求,以相关的技术规范作为依据,对常用的原油稳定工艺进行了分析和优选,针对原油稳定后的合格指标为R.V.P@38℃,≤68.94kPa(10 psia),C4及C4以下组分含量≤0.001wt%,选用了分馏稳定工艺。同时设计了工艺流程,确定符合设计的工艺操作条件,进行了原油稳定工艺的设备选型与计算,以期为后续工艺的设计提供依据。
According to the content and index requirements of light components C1~C4 in crude oil of an oil field,and based on relevant technical specifications,the common crude oil stabilization process was analyzed and optimized.For the qualified index after crude oil stabilization was R.V.P@38℃≤68.94kPa(10 psia),the content of C4 and below components≤0.001wt%,the fractionation stabilization process was selected.At the same time,the process flow was designed,the process operation conditions that met the design were determined,and the equipment selection and calculation of crude oil stabilization process were carried out in order to provide basis for the design of subsequent processes.
