摘要
银行现代学徒模式是现代学徒制在银行业金融人才培养方面的探索与实践。笔者梳理总结了现代学徒制的理论研究和政策实施,阐释了银行现代学徒模式培养优质金融人才的体制机制和实践路径。提出在推行现代学徒制过程中,应加强学徒模式推广,重点完善利益主体协同的学徒培养机制;加强学生职业指导,重点引导明确就业方向;加强学徒培养过程管理,重点把握校内专业学习和企业实践学习两个环节的指导与考核。
The modern apprenticeship mode in banks is an exploration and practice of the modern apprenticeship system in the training of financial talents in the banking industry.This paper summarizes the theoretical research and policy implementation of the modern apprenticeship system,and explains the institutional mechanism and practical path of the bank’s modern apprenticeship mode to train high-quality financial talents.It proposes that we should strengthen the promotion of the apprenticeship mode in the process of implementing modern apprenticeship,and focus on improving the apprenticeship training system and mechanism promoted by the stakeholders;strengthen vocational guidance for students,and focus on guiding them with clear employment orientation;strengthen the management of apprenticeship training process,and focus on the guidance and assessment of school professional learning and enterprise practice learning.
