摘要
在数智经济背景下,实施“1+X”证书制度是培养“一专多才”复合型人才的有效途径,也是推动高等院校人才培养与市场人才需求对接的重要举措。研究结果表明,在数智经济背景下应用型高校会计学专业实施“1+X”证书制度,顺应了市场对专业人才的需求,而且在提升教师教学能力、拓宽大学生就创业渠道及提升专业人才培养质量方面产生了积极的效果。
Under the background of digital-intelligence economy,the implementation of“1+X”certificate system is an effective way to cultivate compound talents of“one specialty and many talents”,and also an important measure to promote the connection between talents training in colleges and universities and market talents demand.The research results show that the implementation of“1+X”certificate system for accounting majors in applied universities under the background of digital-intelligence economy meets the market demand for professionals,and has produced positive results in improving teachers’teaching ability,broadening the channels for college students’employment and entrepreneurship and improving the quality of professional talents training.
