摘要
目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童鼾症的临床效果。方法选取2019年9月至2021年9月我院收治的120例鼾症患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,两组患儿均连续治疗3个月。比较两组的临床疗效及血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)]水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的血清TNF-α、IL-6水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平低于治疗前,且观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童鼾症效果显著,可明显减轻其炎性反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of children with snoring disease.Methods 120 children with snoring disease admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months continuously.The clinical efficacy and the levels of serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%,higher than 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Montelukast sodium combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray has significant effect in the treatment of children with snoring disease,and can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction in children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
