摘要
基于莒县青峰岭灌区实际情况,建立了包含5个一级指标和12个二级指标的续建配套与节水改造工程综合评估体系,通过正向化与无量纲化处理,得到各指标评估结果,结合指标等级标准,对张宋总片区等5个片区的节水改造工程实施紧迫性进行了评估研究,结果表明:三片区、红旗片区及杨店子片区均有8个指标处于一般紧迫程度以下,而张宋总片区与四片区分别有9个和10个二级指标处于一般紧迫程度以下,5个片区均不能满足正常运行要求,存在明显的问题,需要立即开展节水改造工程,为其他地区同类工程的评估提供了一定参考。
Based on the actual situation of Qingfengling irrigation area in Ju County, a comprehensive evaluation system for the continuation of supporting and water-saving reconstruction projects, including 5 first-class indicators and 12 second-class indicators, was established.Through forward and dimensionless processing, the evaluation results of each index are obtained. Combined with the index grade standard, the urgency of implementing water-saving reconstruction projects in five districts including the General District of Zhangsong was evaluated. The result show that there are 8 indicators below the general urgency level in the third district, Hongqi district and Yangdianzi District, while there are 9 and 10 secondary indicators below the general urgency level in the general Zhangsong district and the fourth district respectively. The five districts can not meet the normal operation requirements, and there are obvious problems. The water-saving reconstruction project needs to be carried out immediately, which provides reference for the evaluation of similar projects in other regions.
