摘要
为了解数据机房机柜排风温度的特点,详细掌握数据机房热环境特征,文章对寒冷地区某办公楼用数据机房机柜送排风情况开展测试和CFD模拟研究。测试结果表明,机柜进风口温度为16℃时,机柜进出口空气温差为12℃左右;本例中数据机房冷热通道未封闭,结果显示机柜进风侧和出风侧空气温度均随垂直距离的增加而升高,冷热气流的掺混会导致数据机房冷量过度消耗。通过CFD模拟对气流组织形式进行合理设计,有利于降低数据机房制冷能耗。
In order to understand the characteristics of the exhaust temperature of the cabinet in the data room and master the thermal environment parameters of the data room, this paper carries out a test and CFD simulation study on the air supply and exhaust of the cabinet in the data room of an office building in cold area. The results show that when the inlet temperature of the cabinet is 16 ℃,the air temperature difference of the inlet and outlet of the cabinet is around 12 ℃. In this example, the cold and hot channels are not closed in this data room, the results show that the air temperature of the inlet side and outlet side of the cabinet increases with the increasing of vertical distance. The mixing of cold and hot air flow leads to excessive cold consumption in the data room. The reasonable design of air distribution through CFD simulation is conducive to reducing the cooling energy consumption in a data room.
