摘要
针对岩爆片剥研究的不足,基于ImageJ图像分析软件,开展了具有岩爆倾向性的直墙拱形巷道岩爆片剥试验研究,制作了可清晰观测巷道围岩临空面的试样;通过透明亚克力板材对试样进行约束,得到了全巷道临空面片剥现象。结果表明,随载荷增加,灰度孔隙率总体呈现下降趋势,表明巷道临空面超过灰度阈值的面积范围不断增加,灰度值在持续升高,应力在持续增加;随载荷增加,巷道临空面灰度均值总体上在增加,巷道临空面片剥前灰度值升高明显,说明应力在升高,达到临界应力后巷道临空面产生片剥;总体上来看,颗粒数量是在逐步减少。巷道临空面片剥前灰度孔隙率、灰度均值、颗粒数量均有明显变化,可通过这些参数来综合反映巷道岩爆片剥的演化规律及前兆,并通过图像分析来揭示岩爆片剥问题。
Aiming at the shortage of the research on the rockburst flaking,based on the image analysis of ImageJ software,an experimental study on the rockburst flaking in the straight-wall-top-arch roadways was carried out.The specimen that can clearly observe the face of roadway surrounding rock was made and restrained by transparent acrylic plate.The phenomenon of full-roadway face flaking was obtained.The results showed that the porosity of gray scale decreased with the increase of load,which indicates that the area of the roadway surface above the gray scale threshold,along the gray scale value and the stress,was increasing,with the increase of load.The mean value of grey scale increased in general and the value of grey scale increased obviously before flaking,which indicates that the stress was increasing and flaking occured when the critical stress was reached on the whole.The number of particles was decreasing gradually,and the porosity,mean value and number of particles showed obvious changes.The evolution law and precursor of rockburst flaking could be comprehensively reflected by the porosity,mean value and number of particles.The problem of rockburst flaking could be revealed by image analysis.
