摘要
总体国家安全观这一重大概念的提出,是党中央对国家安全形势的准确把握,是维护国家安全的行动指南。总体国家安全观的生成,有其内在逻辑。具体来讲,历史、理论、实践是考察总体国家安全观生成的三个维度。从理论逻辑来看,总体国家安全观体现了马克思主义国家安全理论与中国古代国家安全思想的有机统一。从历史逻辑来看,总体国家安全观是国家生存、发展、富强等时期国家安全理论的延续。从实践逻辑来看,总体国家安全观是创新国家安全理论、应对国家安全形势、营造国际安全环境的支撑点、发力点和着眼点。
The overall national security concept is the CPC Central Committee’s precise grasp of the national security situation and a guide to action to safeguard the national security.The generation of the overall national security concept has its internal logic.Specifically speaking,history,theory and practice are three dimensions of examining the generation of the overall national security concept.From the perspective of theoretical logic,the overall national security concept reflects the organic unity of Marxist national security theory and ancient Chinese national security thought.From the perspective of historical logic,the overall national security concept is the continuation of the national security theory in the period of national survival,development and prosperity.From the perspective of practical logic,the overall national security concept is the support point,force point and focus point for innovating the national security theory,responding to the national security situation and creating an international security environment.
