摘要
为了进一步提高油田调剖效果,通过3层非均质岩心研究了聚合物凝胶和微球单一封堵性能、组合注入性能以及组合调剖效果等。结果表明:聚合物凝胶成胶强度高,封堵性能好,可对优势水流通道进行封堵;微球膨胀性能好,对地层有一定封堵作用,可实现次级优势水流通道封堵。聚合物凝胶和微球组合注入,注入压力较低。与单一体系注入方式相比,采取组合注入方式,提高采收率增值最大,建议油田调剖采取组合注入工艺。
In order to further improve the profile control effect,the single plugging performance,combined injection performance and combined profile control effect of polymer gel and microsphere were studied through three-layer heterogeneous cores.Laboratory experiments showed that polymer gel has high gel forming strength and good plugging performance,which can block the dominant water flow channel.The microsphere has good expansion performance,and has a certain plugging effect on the formation,which can realize the plugging of secondary dominant water flow channel.Polymer gel and microsphere were combined to inject,and the injection pressure was low.At the same time,compared with the single system injection method,the combined injection method can increase the maximum value of EOR.It was suggested that the combined injection process should be adopted for oil field profile control.
