摘要
为了提高两步法合成2,3,6,7,10,11-六羟基苯并菲(HHTP)合成过程中第二步反应——脱甲基反应的转化率和产品纯度,提出了密闭容器内由2,3,6,7,10,11-六甲氧基苯并菲与33%溴化氢的醋酸溶液体系进行脱甲基反应来合成HHTP的方法,通过检测产品纯度和计算收率可知,该方法脱除甲基彻底,能以较高收率制备HHTP。该工艺成本低、“三废”少、操作简单,易于实现大规模生产。
In order to solve the problem of incomplete demethylation during the synthesis of 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexahydroxytriphenylene(HHTP),a method of synthesizing the target product by reacting 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexamethoxytriphenylene with anhydrous HBr/CHCOOH in a pressure vessel was proposed.It can be seen from the detection of product purity and the calculated yield that the methyl group was completely removed by this method,and 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexahydroxytriphenylene can be prepared in a high yield.The process has low cost,less wastes,simple operation,and is easy to realize large-scale production.
