摘要
通过实验模拟蔗汁浓缩制原汁红糖过程,建立过程蔗糖含量快速、无损的在线检测方法。首先采集制备过程样本的近红外光谱,经求导降噪处理后,利用角度转换算法计算得到各样本光谱与参比光谱的系列夹角的方差值EE,建立样本中蔗糖浓度和夹角值的关联模型,利用关联模型,分析了浓缩过程浓缩液中蔗糖含量。结果表明,所建模型方程相关系数r达0.9996,验证样本的预测值与真实值的相对误差在-8.82%~8.35%之间,建立的方法精密度较高,准确性好,分析效率高,且不需要复杂的前处理过程,不破坏样本,可实现原汁红糖制备过程的在线监测。
Through the experiment,the process of making brown sugar by concentrating sugarcane juice is simulated,and a rapid and non-destructive online detection method for sucrose content in the process is established.Firstly,the near-infrared spectra of the samples during the preparation process are collected.After the derivation and noise reduction processing,the angle conversion algorithm is used to calculate the variance value EE of the series of angles between each sample spectrum and the reference spectrum.The correlation model of sucrose concentration and angle value in the sample is established,and the sucrose content in concentrated solution in the concentrating process.The results show that the correlation coefficient r of the established model equation reaches 0.9996,and the relative error between the predicted value and the true value of the verification sample is between-8.82%and 8.35%.The established method has high precision,good accuracy,high analysis efficiency,does not require complicated pre-treatment process and does not damage the sample,which can realize the online monitoring of the brown sugar preparation process.
