免复烘焙E308-16不锈钢焊条的研制

摘要 针对使用前没有复烘焙条件或不愿意复烘焙直接使用E308焊条的用户,研发了一种免复烘焙焊条。通过加入适当的氟化物及稳弧剂、脱水处理金红石和长石等措施有效改善了交流电弧稳定性及气孔敏感性;在药皮中增加大理石含量有利于改善焊缝抗气孔敏感性和提高立焊工艺性能。免复烘焙焊条经3~6天、湿度50%~80%加速吸潮后进行焊接气孔敏感性对比测试,抗气孔敏感性明显优于常规E308焊条。通过对比两种配方焊条电弧稳定性、脱渣性、再引弧性、飞溅率、焊条药皮抗发红、开裂性及立焊工艺性发现,免复烘焊条和需要复烘的焊条焊接工艺性相当;通过理化性能的对比测试,力学性能接近、化学成分也相当,满足标准和用户使用要求。 The product is developed for users who have no re baking conditions before use or are unwilling to re bake and directly use acid stainless steel electrodes. The addition of appropriate fluoride and arc stabilizer is very beneficial to improve the arc stability and porosity sensitivity;the addition of marble in the coating can improve the anti porosity sensitivity of the weld and the vertical welding process performance;dewatering treatment of rutile and feldspar is conducive to improving the anti porosity sensitivity of weld. After 3 to 6 days and 50%~80% humidity accelerated moisture absorption, the developed electrode has better anti porosity sensitivity than the conventional acid stainless steel electrode. By comparing the arc stability, slag removal, arc re ignition, spatter rate, electrode coating anti redness, cracking and vertical welding process of the two kinds of electrodes, the welding process performance of the electrode without re drying is equivalent to that of the electrode requiring re drying. Through the contrast test of physical and chemical properties, the mechanical properties are close, the chemical composition is equivalent, and the results are excellent, which fully meet the requirements of standards and users.
