摘要
全面认识数字经济与共同富裕的关系对推动共同富裕取得实质性进展具有重要意义。数字经济可以通过促进经济增长、缩小地区和城乡间发展差距、缩小人群间收入差距三个途径助力共同富裕;但是,也可能因数字鸿沟和收入分配制度不匹配而拉大贫富差距,不利于共同富裕目标的实现。以数字经济推动共同富裕,不仅需要发展数字产业化与产业数字化,还应着力缩小地区和城乡间、企业间、人群间的数字鸿沟,协调收入分配与数字经济发展的关系,促进分配公平。展望未来,应继续深化数字经济的影响机制研究,探讨重要数据难以获取、准确性较差等问题的解决机制。
In the digital era,a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between digitaleconomy and common prosperity is of great significance to promote substantial progress ofcommon prosperity.The paper takes the realization path of common affluence as the entry pointand systematically compares the impact of digital economy on common affluence.The resultsshow that digital economy can help common affluence through three ways:promoting economicgrowth,narrowing the development gap between regions and urban-rural areas and narrowingthe income gap among people;however,at the same time,it may also widen the gap betweenrich and poor due to digital divide and immature income distribution system,which is notconducive to the goal of common affluence.At the same time,the digital divide and theimmature income distribution system may widen the gap between the rich and the poor,which isdetrimental to the realization of the goal of common prosperity.To promote common prosperitythrough the digital economy,it is not only necessary to develop digital industrialization anddigitalization of industries,but also to make efforts to narrow the digital divide between regions,urban and rural areas,enterprises and people,coordinate the relationship between incomedistribution and digital economy development,and promote fair distribution.Looking ahead,weshould continue to deepen the research on the impact mechanism of digital economy and explorethe mechanism to solve the problem of data availability and accuracy.
