摘要
传统国际通信领域面临着以SpaceX公司为代表提供的卫星宽带服务带来的挑战。SpaceX公司预计在2027年完成星链卫星的部署,届时将覆盖各大洲陆地、广袤的海洋和天空。卫星宽带的不对称优势有可能动摇国际通信运营商现有的客户基础本文研究了星链产品的技术优势以及可能给运营商造成的巨大冲击,从国家信息主权、运营商生态等方面做了分析,为国际通信运营商提供了应对策略,包括从战略高度做好数字化转型,加快互联网数据中心等基础设施的建设,针对企业个性化需求定制相关服务等,通过多种措施保持企业的竞争力和业务持续发展。
Competition from satellite broadband represented as SpaceX has emerged in the field of traditional international communications.SpaceX expects to complete the deployment of Starlink satellites in 2027,which will cover the land,vast oceans and skies of all continents by then.The asymmetric advantage of satellite broadband has the potential to shake up the existing customer base of international communications carriers.This paper researches the technical advantages of Starlink products and possible impact on carriers,then analyzes the national information sovereignty and carrier ecology,and provides response strategies for international communication carriers,including digital transformation from a strategic level,accelerating the construction of infrastructure such as Internet data centers,and customizing relevant services to meet the individual needs of enterprises,in order to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises and sustainable business development through various measures.
