黄河流域工业绿色竞争力时空分异及障碍因素研究

摘要 随着黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展国家战略的推进,流域内工业绿色竞争力的测评与提升显得尤为重要。以黄河流域沿线各省区为研究区域,通过构建工业绿色竞争力综合评价指标体系,运用主成分分析、障碍度模型等方法测度和分析2008—2017年各省区工业绿色竞争力的时空分异特征及障碍因素。结果表明:(1)时间层面上,黄河流域沿线省区工业绿色竞争力水平整体基本稳定,其中山东省最为稳定,青海、甘肃、陕西、山西4省基本稳定,河南、内蒙古2省区上升幅度较大,宁夏回族自治区排名下降明显;(2)空间层面上,黄河流域沿线各省区的工业绿色竞争力水平地区差异显著,呈现东部高于西部、南部强于北部的特征,其中山东省得分最高,青海省得分较低;(3)通过障碍度模型研究表明,在准则层层面,工业绿色创新不足是阻碍黄河流域工业绿色竞争力水平提升的主要障碍因素;在要素层层面,工业创新能力较弱是主要的障碍因素;在指标层层面,各省区情况不同使得指标层障碍因素各异。 With the promotion of the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,it is particularly important to evaluate and improve the industrial green competitiveness in the basin.This paper takes provinces and autonomous regions along the Yellow River Basin as the research area.By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial green competitiveness,principal component analysis and obstacle degree model were used to measure and analyze the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics and obstacle factors of industrial green competitiveness of provinces and autonomous regions from 2008 to 2017.The results are as follows.(1)At the temporal level,the overall level of industrial green competitiveness of provinces and autonomous regions along the Yellow River Basin is basically stable,among which Shandong Province is the most stable,Qinghai,Gansu,Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces are basically stable,Henan Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have a large increase,and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has a significant decline.(2)At the spatial level,the regional differences of industrial green competitiveness of provinces and autonomous regions along the Yellow River Basin are significant,and the eastern part is higher than the western part,and the southern part is stronger than the northern part.Shandong Province has the highest score,while Qinghai Province has a lower score.(3)Through the obstacle degree model,it is shown that the lack of industrial green innovation is the main obstacle to the improvement of industrial green competitiveness in the Yellow River Basin at the criterion level;at the factor level,the weak industrial innovation ability is the main obstacle;at the level of indicators,due to the different conditions in each province and autonomous region,the obstacles in each province are different.
