摘要
目的探讨重症监护室护理人员工作-家庭平衡、心理资本与职业紧张间相关性。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月福建医科大学附属第一医院80名在职重症监护室护理人员作为观察对象,比较重症监护室护理人员职业紧张评分和职业紧张量表常模,分析职业紧张量表各维度得分与工作-家庭平衡、心理资本各维度的相关性。结果重症监护室护理人员职业任务评分、个体紧张反应评分均高于常模,个体应对资源评分低于常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。工作侵扰家庭、家庭侵扰工作的评分分别和职业任务、个体紧张反应评分呈正相关,而与个体应对资源呈负相关,工作促进家庭、家庭促进工作评分分别和职业任务、个体紧张反应评分呈负相关,与个体应对资源呈正相关(P<0.05)。同时心理资本中的自我效能感、希望心理、乐观心理、韧性心理分别和职业任务、个体紧张反应评分呈负相关,与个体应对资源呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论重症监护室护理人员工作-家庭平衡、心理资本和职业紧张存在一定的相关性,能够了解不同因素对于职业紧张的影响,为指导临床护理工作提供可靠的理论依据。
Objective To approach correlation of family balance,psychological capital and occupational stress for paramedic in the intensive care unit.Methods A total of 80 cases paramedic in Intensive Care Unit,the Affiliated First Hospital in Fujian Medical University from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as objects,the paramedic in the intensive care unit occupational stress score and occupational stress scale norm were compared,the correlation of each dimension score of occupational stress scale and work-family balance of occupational stress scale,psychological capital of occupational stress scale were analyzed.Results The career assignment score,individual stress response score of paramedic in the intensive care unit were higher than norm,the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).The differently work intrusions family,family intrusions work score and career assignment,individual stress response score were obviously positive correlation,and individual coping resources were obviously negative correlation,work promoted family,family promoted work score and career assignment,individual stress response score were obviously negative correlation,and individual coping resources were obviously positive correlation(P<0.05).Then self-efficacy,hope psychology,optimism psychology,toughness psychology and career assignment,individual stress response score were obviously negative correlation,and individual coping resources were obviously positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion The work-family balance,psychological capital and occupational stress of paramedic in the intensive care unit have certain correlation,which could understand influence of different factor for occupational stress,provide sound theoretical basis for guiding clinical nursing.
