摘要
齿轨道岔主要应用于山地轨道交通项目,是国内近年来新兴的技术领域,目前正处于技术研发阶段。齿轨道岔是常规道岔与齿轨的有机融合,通过机车自带齿轮与道岔齿条啮合传力,满足山地旅游景点大坡度地段列车运行需求。分析了1000 mm轨距50 kg/m钢轨7号摆动式齿轨单开道岔设计参数的选取和技术特点,重点介绍了转辙器、辙叉及护轨、摆动式齿轨转换系统等三大部件的结构组成。提出新型的齿轨道岔齿条扣件系统、齿轨摆动机构以及齿条布置型式,实现齿条安装固定和齿轨线路转换。
The rack turnout described in this paper,mainly applied in domestic mountain rail transit project,is an emerging technology field in recent years and currently in the technology development stage.It is an organic integration of common turnout and rack rail and transfers forces by the locomotive built-in gears engaged with turnout rack,meeting the demand of train operation at the large slope section of mountain tourist attractions.This paper introduces the selection of design parameters and technical features of No.7 swing-type rack simple turnout with 50 kg/m rails and gauge of 1000 mm,focusing on the three parts of switch,the frog and guard rails and swing-type rack switch system.It puts forward new-type rack turnout rack fastening system,rack rail swing mechanism and rack layout mode,realizing rack installing fixation and rack lines switching.
