一种硅胶污染金属基材表面用水性工业涂料的制备 被引量:1

摘要 基于硅胶污染金属基材表面上,针对一种水性工业涂料中成膜物、成膜助剂、功能填料、颜基比对喷涂效果的影响进行研究。结果表明,当成膜物采用自产树脂B3,成膜助剂采用乙二醇单丁醚与丙二醇甲醚以质量比1∶3混合,功能填料选取复合铁钛粉WD-D-800,颜基比为1.6时,该种水性工业涂料在硅胶污染金属基材表面具有良好的喷涂效果。 Based on metal substrate surfaces contaminated by silica gel,the effects of film-forming materials,film-forming additives,functional fillers and pigment/binder ratios on the spray-painting effect of a kind of waterborne industrial coatings were studied.The results show that when B3 resin is used as the film material,the mixing ratio of film-forming additives ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether is 1∶3,the functional filler used is composite iron titanium powder WD-D-800,and the pigment/binder ratio is 1.6,the waterborne industrial coatings have a good spray-painting effect on metal substrate surfaces contaminated by silica gel.
