摘要
先天性巨大黑素痣(Giant congenital melanocytic nevus,GCMN)是一种神经嵴起源的皮肤黑素细胞良性增生,严重影响患者的身心健康。目前,对于GCMN的病因及发病机制尚无充分的认识,对GCMN的治疗亦无满意的手段。本文从分子生物学的角度,总结近年来相关文献,发现多种基因突变及明星信号通路的激活对GCMN的形成和发展有着极其重要的作用。现拟对GCMN的发病机制及其靶向治疗的研究进展进行综述,来探讨靶向治疗在GCMN治疗中的作用。
Giant congenital melanocytic nevus(GCMN)is a benign proliferation of skin melanocytes derived from neural crest,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.At present,there is no sufficient understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of GCMN,and there is no satisfactory treatment for GCMN.From the perspective of molecular biology,this paper summarizes relevant literatures in recent years and finds that multiple gene mutations and activation of star signaling pathway play an extremely important role in the formation and development of GCMN.This paper reviews the pathogenesis of GCMN and the research progress of targeted therapy to discuss the role of targeted therapy in the treatment of GCMN.
