摘要
对主动配电网源⁃网⁃荷⁃储各类资源进行友好的协同互动可以提高电网的可持续性及新能源的消纳水平。考虑各类分布式电源和储能系统并网的影响,建立了主动配电网的双层规划模型。上层规划层以年综合成本最小为目标,决策变量为分布式电源与储能系统的接入位置与容量。下层运行层通过实施源荷互动的需求响应,对分布式电源的出力进行协调控制,优化配电网的运行状态,以分布式电源的有功切除量最小为目标,并引入电压质量计算指标。采用改进的自适应遗传算法与内点法相结合的混合策略对所提模型进行求解。最后,通过在IEEE 33算例中进行仿真验证了所提模型的合理性。
Friendly collaborative interaction among active distribution network source⁃network⁃load⁃storage resources can improve the sustainability of power grid and the absorption level of new energy sources.As considering the influence of distributed power supply and grid connection of storage systems,a bi⁃level programming model of active distribution network is established.The upper planning layer aims to minimize the annual comprehensive cost,and the decision variables are the access position and capacity of the distributed power supply and energy storage system.In the lower layer,the demand response of source⁃load interaction is implemented to coordinate and control the output of distributed power supply,optimize the operation state of distribution network,and introduce the voltage quality calculation index for the purpose of the minimum active power cut of distributed power supply.The proposed model is solved by a hybrid strategy of the improved adaptive genetic algorithm and interior point method.The rationality of the proposed model was verified by simulation in IEEE 33 node system.
