摘要
目的探寻一条能够切实加强在社区卫生服务中心实习的医学生的人文素养、职业道德、思政素质的培养路径。方法针对在前期的社区教学工作中发现的突出问题,从教师和学生两方面着手,应用“强培训”“重合作”的方法,发挥基层党支部的引领作用,增加志愿者服务的措施,将课程思政融入社区医学实践,用调查问卷的方式分析评价师生的认可度,以及学生在实习前后对实习项目支持程度的变化情况。结果社区教师的认可度均在3.50分以上,学生的平均认可度为3.66分,对于实习项目的支持程度较实习前相比,均有显著提高。结论这种教学方式受到了师生的共同认可,提高了学生服务社区群众的责任心和使命感,是在社区医学教育期间落实思政教育和立德树人的有效渠道。
Objective To explore a training path that can effectively strengthen the humanistic literacy,professional ethics and political quality of medical students who practice in community health service centers.Methods Aiming at the prominent problems found in the early community teaching work,starting from both teachers and students,applying the method of"strong training"and"heavy cooperation",giving play to the leading role of grassroots party branch,increasing the measures of volunteer service,integrating curriculum thinking into community medical practice,analyzing and evaluating the recognition of teachers and students by means of questionnaire,and the change of students support for internship projects before and after internship.Results The recognition rate of community teachers was more than 3.50 points,and the average recognition rate of students was 3.66 points.The degree of support for the internship program was significantly improved compared with that before internship.Conclusion This teaching method has been recognized by teachers and students,which improves the sense of responsibility and mission of students to serve the people in the community.It is an effective channel for implementing political education and moral tree people during community medical education.
