摘要
目的探究乳酸亚铁糖浆联合饮食干预治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年8月我院收治的110例缺铁性贫血患儿为研究对象,按照随机化分组的方式将其分为对照组(55例,饮食干预+琥珀酸亚铁片)和观察组(55例,饮食干预+乳酸亚铁糖浆)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、单个网织红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(CHCMr)、血清铁(SI)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)及治疗总有效率高于对照组,未成熟网织红细胞比率(IRF)低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论乳酸亚铁糖浆联合饮食干预治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的效果显著,可提高机体铁含量。
Objective To explore the effect of ferrous lactate syrup combined with dietary intervention in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods A total of 110 children with iron deficiency anemia admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group(55cases,dietary intervention+ferrous succinate tablets)and observation group(55 cases,dietary intervention+ferrous lactate syrup)according to random grouping.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),cellular hemoglobin concentration mean in reticulocyte(CHCMr),serum iron(SI),transferin saturation(TSAT)and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the immature reticulocyte fraction(IRF)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,there were no significant differences in cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+)),cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ferrous lactate syrup combined with dietary intervention in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children has a significant effect,which can improve the iron content of the body.
