摘要
目的观察品管圈管理对住院药房调剂差错率、药学服务质量的影响。方法我院住院药房于2019年7月至2020年6月开展品管圈管理,抽取此期间收治的278例住院患者为观察组,另抽取2017年6月至2018年12月收治的451例住院患者为对照组。将科室中31名护士纳入研究。比较两组患者的药房调剂差错率、不合格处方发生率;比较品管圈管理前、后护士的单次取药等待时间及无形成果评分。结果观察组278例患者的处方单合计2008张,对照组451例患者的处方单合计4225张;观察组的药房调剂差错率、不合格处方发生率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。品管圈管理后,护士的单次取药等待时间为(7.59±1.47)min,显著短于品管圈管理前的(12.54±2.55)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。品管圈管理后,护士的各项无形成果评分均显著高于品管圈管理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈管理对住院药房调剂差错率和药学服务质量均有显著的改善效果,能激发圈内人员的潜力,提升其积极性,对于创建高凝聚力团队、增强圈内人员各项无形成果能力大有裨益,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effects of quality control circle management on dispensing error rate and quality of pharmacy care in inpatient pharmacy.Methods The inpatient pharmacy of our hospital carried out quality control circle management from July 2019 to June 2020,278 inpatients during this period were selected as observation group,and 451 inpatients admitted from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as control group.Thirty-one nurses in the department were included in the study.The dispensing error rate and the incidence of unqualified prescriptions were compared between the two groups;the waiting time for single drug taking and intangible achievements score of nurses before and after quality control circle management were compared.Results The total number of prescriptions of 278 patients in the observation group was 2008,and that of 451 patients in the control group was 4225;the dispensing error rate and the imcidence of unqualified prescriptions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After quality control circle management,the waiting time for single drug taking of nurses was(7.59±1.47)min,which was significantly shorter than(12.54±2.55)min before quality control circle management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After quality control circle management,the scores of intangible achievements of nurses were significantly higher than those before quality control circle management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle management can significantly improve the dispensing error rate and quality of pharmacy care of the inpatient pharmacy,stimulate the potential and enhance enthusiasm of the circle staff,which is beneficial to create a team with high cohesion and enhance the intangible achievements of the circle staff,and is worth promoting.
