椅类家具悬伸腿节点结构的改良设计 被引量:2

摘要 通过调研分析法归纳现行悬伸腿接合结构,梳理其在造型、结构、拆装等方面的优缺点,采用问卷调查及拆装实验对椅子悬伸腿结构设计痛点进行了研究,并以此为基础提出改良设计方案,对悬伸腿节点的结构及造型进行设计实践。悬伸腿结构椅类家具的实际消费者中,59.40%的用户认为悬伸腿结构家具的拆卸时长过长;而未购买过的潜在消费者中,58.82%的用户较为担心产品稳定性的问题。拆装观察实验结果表明,平直垫片与自攻螺丝组合的典型方式安装时长的平均值为7 min 48 s,拆卸时长为3 min 16 s,且拆装过程中易出错,用户体验感不佳。现行典型结合方式五金外露,美观度、拆装便捷度均亟需优化,所提出的嵌入式垫片与紧固件组合接合、榫与螺栓组合接合两个方案,可显著提升节点外观实木质感,优化拆装流程。 The aim of this study was to improve the cantilever leg structure design of chair furniture,including optimizing the appearance and improving disassembly efficiency of the joint.The advantages and disadvantages of current cantilever legs were summarized in aspects of shape,structure,and disassembly.In addition,the defects and shortcomings of cantilever legs were investigated through questionnaire survey and disassembly experiment.Finally,the innovative solutions of cantilever joints were put forward considering appearance,structure,and disassembly efficiency.Among the consumers of chair furniture with cantilever leg structure,59.40%of the actual users think that the disassembly time of cantilever leg structure furniture is too long;Among the potential consumers who have not purchased,58.82%are worried about the stability of products.The experimental results of disassembly and assembly show that the average assembly time is 7 minutes and 48 seconds,and the disassembly time is 3 minutes and 16 seconds in the typical way of combining flat gasket with self-tapping screw.Moreover,the disassembly and assembly process is prone to errors and the user experience is not good.The existing typical combination method urgently needs optimized in aspects as exposed hardware,poor aesthetic appearance and long disassembly and assembly time.The two proposed schemes,including embedded gasket and fastener combination joint,tenon and bolt combination joint,can significantly improve the solid wood texture of the joint appearance and optimize the disassembly and assembly process.
