航空开关U型部件绝缘性能测试系统设计

摘要 U型部件作为航空开关中的重要部件必须通过绝缘性能测试。为解决传统U型部件绝缘性能测试无法自动测量和定位不良件等问题,设计了一种绝缘性能测试方案:采用漏电流传感器为隔离变送器,以PLC为控制核心,MCGS组态软件进行实时监控;漏电流传感器采集信号,PLC实时处理数据,组态软件实时监控报警和数据查询。实验结果证明,该系统实现了U型部件绝缘测试的自动测试和不良件定位功能,系统可操作性强、自动化程度高,对类似的绝缘测试有着积极意义和推广价值。 U-shaped parts as an important part in air switch must pass insulation performance test.In order to solve the problems that traditional U-shaped parts insulation performance test can't automatically measure and locate bad parts,an insulation performance test scheme combining leakage current sensor as isolation transmitter,PLC as control core and MCGS configuration software real-time monitoring is adopted.Leakage current sensor collects signals,PLC processes data in real time,and configuration software monitors alarms and queries data in real time.Experiments and results show that the system has realized automatic testing and defective parts positioning functions of U-shaped parts insulation testing,and the system has strong operability and high degree of automation,which has positive significance and popularization value for similar insulation testing.
