摘要
基于化学燃烧反应动力学,选取适用于燃料和氧气分别燃烧的扩散火焰-非预混模型,对卧式锅炉炉膛内不同掺水比例下的甲醇燃烧特性进行了模拟分析,探究掺水比例为0%、5%、10%时,炉膛内部的温度和燃料的消耗规律。研究表明,燃料在不同掺水比例时会对炉膛内的温度分布产生不同影响,随着掺水比例的增加,炉膛尾部的温度有所降低;水分增加过多也会影响炉膛内燃烧稳定性。经对比研究,当掺水比例为5%时,炉膛内燃烧效果最好,炉膛的燃烧稳定性最高。在此掺水比例下,较低的炉膛尾部温度可有效降低污染物NOx的排放。
Based on the reaction kinetics of chemical combustion,a diffusion flame-non-premixed model,which is suitable for the combustion of fuel and oxygen,is selected.The combustion characteristics of methanol with different water mixing ratios in the furnace of horizontal boiler are simulated and analyzed.The temperature inside the furnace and the law of fuel consumption when the water mixing ratio is 0%,5%and 10%are explored.The results show that different water mixing ratios of fuel have different effects on the temperature distribution in the furnace.With the increase of water mixing ratio,the temperature at the end of the furnace decreases.Excessive moisture increase will also influence the combustion stability in the furnace.After comparative study,when the water ratio is 5%,the combustion effect in the furnace is the best,and the combustion stability in the furnace is the highest.Under this water mixing ratio,lower furnace tail temperature can effectively reduce the emission of pollutant NOx.
