劣质煤及其混煤的燃烧和污染物释放特性研究

摘要 通过热重试验分析某工程计划用煤的着火特性和燃尽特性,并利用沉降炉对煤样的氮释放特性进行了试验分析,得出着火温度:PWY煤为525℃,PH煤为477℃,PY煤为469℃,相同燃尽温度下,三者所制取的焦炭燃尽时间排序为:PWY>PH>PY,PY煤着火温度接近于易燃煤,燃尽特性接近于劣质煤。在燃烧过程中PY煤和PWY煤氮迁移规律:PY煤的挥发分氮和焦炭氮为68.1%和31.9%,PWY煤的挥发分氮和焦炭氮为43.7%和56.3%,PY煤氮主要以挥发分氮为主,PWY煤氮以焦炭氮为主,通过NO预测模型计算得出掺混后煤的氮氧化物排放接近于PWY煤。 The ignition characteristics and burnout characteristics of coal for a project are studied by thermogravimetry.The nitrogen release characteristics of the project coal are tested and analyzed by using drop tube furnace.The results show that ignition temperature of PWY,PH,PY are 525℃,477℃,469℃;At the same burnout temperature, the order of burnout time of coke made by the three kinds of coal is PWY>PH>PY.The ignition characteristic of pH is close to that of combustible coal, and the burnout characteristic is close to that of fault coal.The nitrogen migration characteristics of PY coal and PWY during combustion: the volatile nitrogen and coke nitrogen of PY coal are 68.1% and 31.9%,the volatile nitrogen and coke nitrogen of PWY are 43.7% and 56.3%,the nitrogen of PY coal is mainly volatile nitrogen, and the nitrogen of PWY is mainly coke nitrogen.According to the calculation of NOprediction model, the NOemission of mixed coal is close to that of PWY coal.
