高铝粉煤灰预脱硅-碱石灰烧结法制备氧化铝的工艺风险分析及预防措施

摘要 阐述高铝粉煤灰预脱硅-碱石灰烧结法制备氧化铝工艺流程,辨识得到9种主要危险有害因素,分别为:中毒窒息、碱液灼伤、高空坠落、高温烫伤、机械伤害、触电、火灾、爆炸、噪声。通过故障类型和影响分析(FMEA)得到21个影响因素并汇总成车间的影响因素集。针对车间的影响因素集,设计时采取本质安全防范措施,以维持车间长周期运行。 The process of preparing alumina from high alumina fly ash by pre-desilication-soda-lime sintering was described.Nine main dangerous and harmful factors are identified,which are poisoning and suffocation,lye burn,high-altitude fall,high temperature scald,mechanical injury,electric shock,fire,explosion and noise.Through failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA),21 influencing factors are obtained and summarized into the workshop’s influencing factor set.According to the workshop’s influencing factor set,intrinsic safety precautions are taken in the design to maintain the long-term operation of the workshop.
