摘要 为了提高引擎控制系统对于齿轮角度和转速测量的分辨率,介绍了以RM57L843处理器的硬件角产生器(HWAG)模块为核心的高分辨率齿轮角度和转速测量系统。HWAG模块具有可编程的硬件滤波器,用于减少输入噪声的干扰,降低系统硬件电路对于滤波功能的需求。HWAG模块基于上一个脉冲周期,使用时间插入算法产生K个角滴答时钟信号,角计数器在每个新的滴答时钟信号上累加。HWAG与高端定时器N2HET连接,向其提供齿轮的角度信息,N2HET模块同时处理角度与时间信号,得到转速。该设计相对于传统方法,角度测量的分辨率提高了K倍。 In order to improve the resolution of the engine control system for gear angle and speed measurement, a high-resolution gear angle and speed measurement system based on the hardware angle generator(HWAG) module of the RM57L843 processor is introduced. HWAG module has programmable hardware filter, which is used to reduce the interference of input noise and reduce the demand for filtering function of system hardware circuit. The HWAG module uses the time-interpolation algorithm to generate K angle ticks based on the previous pulse cycle, and the angle counter accumulates each angle ticks. The HWAG is connected to a high-end timer N2HET and provides it with gear angle information. The N2HET module processes angle and time signals at the same time to obtain speed value. Compared with the traditional method,the resolution of angle measurement is improved by K times.
