Objective To investigate the effect of cooperative target setting on postural compliance following diabetic retinopathy vitrectomy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients who met the entry criteria in our hospital were enrolled in the research. The observation group included 60 patients from April 1, 2021 to May 31, 2021, using a combined intervention of traditional health education and cooperative goal setting. The control group included 60 patients from February 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021, using a traditional health education intervention. Postural compliance, ocular observation index and blood glucose index were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, the postural compliance was higher than that of the control group, the postoperative eye observation index was more superior than that of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group. The blood glucose index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after intervention. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The combination of traditional health education and cooperative target setting for diabetic retinopathy vitrectomy patients can improve ocular indicators, improve eye vision, reduce complications, and enhance patients’ postural compliance.
