摘要
三维机织复合材料因其优异的力学性能广泛应用于航空、航天等诸多领域,因此准确预报其力学性能十分必要。文章主要综述了近几年来国内外学者对三维机织复合材料力学性能的研究进展,其中包括试验研究和理论研究。综合分析认为:三维机织复合材料力学性能在压缩、拉伸、剪切等方面的试验研究已经取得了一些成果,但多物理场耦合力学行为需要进一步深入研究;细观尺度建模应考虑纱线挤压、扭结等缺陷;机织复合材料的本构模型、强度准则及组成的宏观结构的研究需要加强,文章为三维机织复合材料力学性能的研究提供了参考。
Because of iTSexcellent mechanical properties,three-dimensional(3D)woven composites are widely used in many fields such as aviation and aerospace,so accurate prediction of their mechanical properties is particularly important.The research progress on mechanical properties of 3D woven composites,including experimental and theoretical studies was reviewed in this paper.It is concluded that the mechanical properties of 3D woven composites have been experimentally studied in compression,tension and shear,but the mechanical behavior of multi-physical field coupling needs to be further studied.DefecTSsuch as yarn extrusion and kinking should be considered in meso-scale modeling.The study of constitutive model,strength criterion and macrostructure of woven composites should be strengthened.This paper provides a reference for the study of mechanical properties of three-dimensional woven composites.
