摘要
文章以“5+3”一体化临床医学生作为病理形态学创新性实验教学改革对象,采用以学生为主和线上与线下混合式的教学方法,以疾病为导向,融入课程思政内容,结合医学形态学数字化教学平台、二维码技术和虚拟仿真实验技术,让学生自主设计并完成综合性实验和开放性实验,欲培养一批具有临床病理知识、实践动手能力、科研创新思维、人文医学素养的医学生,以期探索具有地方医科院校特色的“5+3”一体化人才培养模式。
The authors have carried out a reform in the pathomorphological experimental teaching in the clinical medical students of the program of“5+3”integration,and they adopted a student-centered and“online and offline”blended teaching mode,which is disease-orientated and integrated with ideological and political education.Based on the digital teaching platform of medical morphology,the authors have used QR code technology and virtual simulation technology in the experimental teaching,so that the students can independently design and perform comprehensive experiments and open experiments.This teaching reform was expected to cultivate medical students who are equipped with knowledge of clinical pathology,practical ability,innovative scientific research thinking,and humanistic medical literacy,thus providing reference for integrated“5+3”talent training programs with the characteristics of localmedical colleges.
