液基薄层细胞学联合高危型HPV-DNA检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨液基薄层细胞学联合高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)-DNA检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用效果。方法选取260例受检者,实施宫颈液基薄层细胞学检测、高危型HPV-DNA检测,以病理活检作为金标准,比较检测效果。结果液基薄层细胞学联合高危型HPV-DNA检测优于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高危型HPV-DNA检测诊断率低于液基薄层细胞学检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高危型HPV-DNA检测诊断率低于病理活检,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论液基薄层细胞学联合高危型HPV-DNA检测可提高宫颈癌检出准确率,具有显著的应用价值,可为疾病后期诊治提供可靠的参考及借鉴。 Objective To investigate the application effect of liquid-based thin-layer cytology combined with high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)-DNA detection in cervical cancer screening.Methods 260 subjects were selected and tested by cervical fluid-based thin-layer cytology and high-risk HPV-DNA.Pathological biopsy was used as the gold standard to compare the detection effect.Results Liquid-based thin-layer cytology combined with high-risk HPV-DNA detection was better than single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic rate of high-risk HPV-DNA test was lower than that of liquid-based thin-layer cytology test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of high-risk HPV-DNA was lower than that of pathological biopsy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liquid-based thin-layer cytology combined with high-risk HPV-DNA detection can improve the detection accuracy of cervical cancer,which has significant application value,and can provide reliable reference for the later diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
