摘要
DRGs医保支付方式改革的全面推进促使中医医院加强精细化管理,但现行方案难以体现中医医院特色。通过总结广西DRGs医保支付方式改革示范经验后,发现中医医院仍面临DRGs医保支付方案与中医诊疗难适配、中医医疗服务供给动力不足、中医优势病种应用范围有限以及高质量编码人才缺乏等关键问题。建议从优化DRGs医保支付方案、完善中医医疗服务激励机制、扩展中医优势病种应用范围以及培育中医医院编码人才等方面,推动中医医院DRGs医保支付方式改革,促进中医药事业发展。
The comprehensive promotion of the reform of DRGs medical insurance payment method has prompted TCM hospitals to strengthen refined management,but the current scheme is difficult to reflect the characteristics of TCM hospitals.After summarizing the reform and demonstration experience of DRGs medical insurance payment method in Guangxi,it is found that TCM hospitals still face the difficulties of adapting the DRGs medical insurance payment scheme and TCM diagnosis and treatment,insufficient supply power of TCM medical services,limited application scope of TCM dominant diseases,and lack of high-quality coding talents.question.It is suggested to promote the reform of the payment method of DRGs medical insurance in TCM hospitals,and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of optimizing the DRGs medical insurance payment scheme,improving the incentive mechanism for TCM medical services,expanding the application scope of TCM dominant diseases,and cultivating coding talents in TCM hospitals.
