等速肌力训练结合下肢血流限制技术对前交叉韧带重建术后股四头肌肌围度、肌力及膝关节功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析等速肌力训练结合下肢血流限制技术对前交叉韧带重建术后股四头肌肌围度、肌力及膝关节功能的影响。方法:将2020年4月-2021年4月在中山市中医院接受前交叉韧带重建手术治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组,每组30例。其中A组术后接受等速肌力训练组训练方案,B组术后接受下肢血流限制技术训练,C组术后接受等速肌力训练组结合下肢血流限制技术训练方案。对比三组的股四头肌肌围度、肌力及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果:康复训练后,C组的大腿萎缩程度显著低于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组健侧和患侧PT值显著高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组的HSS量表各维度评分显著高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:等速肌力训练结合下肢血流限制技术的应用在患者前交叉韧带重建术后中效果显著,不仅使大腿萎缩程度有效降低,并显著提高了膝关节功能及肌力。 Objective:To observe the effect of isokinetic muscle strength training combined with lower limb blood flow restriction technology on quadriceps femoris muscle circumference,muscle strength and knee joint function after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Method:A total of 90 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in from April 2020 to April 2021 were divided into group A,B and C according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Group A received isokinetic muscle strength training after operation,group B received lower limb blood flow restriction technology training after operation,group C received isokinetic muscle strength training combined with lower limb blood flow restriction technology training.The quadriceps femoris muscle circumference,muscle strength and knee joint function recovery of the three groups were compared.Result:After rehabilitation training,the degree of thigh atrophy in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PT value of the healthy side and affected side in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)scale in group C were significantly higher than those in group A group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of isokinetic muscle strength training combined with lower limb blood flow restriction technology has a significant effect after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,which not only effectively reduces the degree of thigh atrophy,but also significantly improves the knee function and muscle strength.
