摘要
协同育人机制作为一种教育契约形式,遵循科学与民主、平等与透明、规范与责任的程序正义价值标准是调配育人主体结构的基本原则,其目标定位为联动家庭与社会体育力量,促进以家促校、以社强校的育人机制稳健运行,保证学生体育活动校内外合理时间配比,创设更为广阔的体育活动空间。通过程序正义理论源头和内涵精神的解读,透视了当前协同育人机制合作不充分、合力不集中、协同路径不畅等问题。研究认为:作为一种教育伦理话语,程序正义是健全协同育人机制的最大公约数,具有促进协同育人的聚合效应。健全协同育人机制需要强化监督反馈制度,确保校内外运动时长充裕保障;完善家校社议事制度,推进学校体育协同育人机制系统转换;构建互信互助制度,实现青少年校外体育活动的场域拓展。以此为融通家校合育、促进持久发力和深度互动互助的协同育人机制运行提供制度保障。
Cooperative education mechanism as a form of educational contract,following the value standard of procedural justice of science and democracy,equality and transparency,norms and responsibilities is the basic principle of allocating the main structure of education.Its goal orientation is to link the strength of family and social sports,promote the steady operation of the education mechanism of promoting school with family and strengthening school with society,ensure the reasonable time ratio of students'sports activities inside and outside school,and create a broader space for sports activities.Through the interpretation of the theoretical source and connotation spirit of procedural justice,this paper analyzes the problems such as insufficient cooperation in the current collaborative education mechanism,lack of concentration of joint force,poor collaborative path and so on.It is found that as a discourse of educational ethics,procedural justice is the greatest common divisor of improving the mechanism of collaborative education,and has the aggregation effect of promoting collaborative education.To improve the cooperative education mechanism,it is suggested that strengthening the supervision and feedback system to ensure sufficient guarantee for the duration of sports inside and outside the school;improving the discussion system of home,school and society,and promote the systematic transformation of school physical education collaborative education mechanism;building a system of mutual trust and mutual assistance to expand the field of teenagers'extracurricular sports activities;and providing institutional guarantee for the operation of the collaborative education mechanism that integrates home school education,so as to promotes sustainable development and in-depth interaction and mutual assistance.
