摘要
目的:探究及分析双黄连颗粒在支原体肺炎患儿中的疗效及对α球蛋白、选择素表达的影响。方法:将2020年1月-2022年3月龙岩人民医院收治的80例支原体肺炎患儿根据随机数字表法分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组进行常规支原体肺炎治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用双黄连颗粒。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后的症状体征积分、血清α球蛋白(α抗胰蛋白酶、α微球蛋白及结合珠蛋白)及选择素(sE-选择素及sP-选择素)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组症状体征积分、血清α球蛋白及选择素表达水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、7 d后,两组上述指标均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双黄连颗粒在支原体肺炎患儿中的疗效较好,有助于改善α球蛋白及选择素表达状态,因此在支原体肺炎患儿中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of Shuanghuanglian Granules in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and its influence on the expression of α-globulin and selectin.Method:A total of 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Longyan People’s Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40) by the random number table.The control group was treated with routine treatment for Mycoplasma pneumonia,the observation group was treated with Shuanghuanglian Granules on the treatment of the control group.Then the total effective rates,symptom and sign scores,serumα-globulin (α-antitrypsin,α-microglobulin and binding globin) and selectin (sE-selectin and sP-selectin) before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,the symptom and sign scores,serumα-globulin and selectin of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05);after 3 and 7 d of treatment,the above indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shuanghuanglian Granules in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia is better,and it can significantly improve the the expression state of α-globulin and selectin,so its application value in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia is higher.
